About Me
I’ve been in the professional HR field for 20 years now and I can genuinely say people are my passion. I’ve worked for large, reputable organisations such as Total Energies (Oil and Gas) and BCLP (Silver Circle Law Firm). Also, small businesses with just 20 people on the books. And I’ve been a chartered member of CIPD for 15 years now. I’ve covered generalist, learning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, managing outsourced payroll.
