I partner with SME owners to provide practical, people-first HR support – whether you’re growing, steady, or facing one of those tough people decisions that comes with running a business.
HR can feel like a minefield. From day-to-day people issues to complex and sensitive situations, it’s not always clear what the right next step is. That’s where I come in. I work alongside you to bring clarity, confidence, and calm, helping you navigate challenges while staying compliant, fair, and true to your values.
Together, we’ll strengthen what’s already working, address what’s holding you back, and put clear, supportive frameworks in place. In practice, this can include reviewing and updating policies, supporting difficult conversations and decision-making, improving engagement, developing managers’ people skills, and introducing systems that make HR simpler and more effective.
My role isn’t to overcomplicate HR – it’s to guide and support you through it, so you can focus on running your business knowing your people matters are in safe hands.
